These Terms of Service govern the use of the website (spiron.io), the SynVoi web app (“SynVoi Web”), the SynVoi mobile app and related services provided by Spiron Teknoloji A.Ş. (the “Company”). By using our website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.
2. Service Description
Spiron Teknoloji A.Ş. is a technology company developing AI-based voice technologies. Our website provides information about our company, products, and services. Main products offered:
- SynVoi: AI-powered voice authentication and deepfake detection solution
- Center AI: AI-powered call center solution
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and other materials) is the property of Spiron Teknoloji A.Ş. and is protected by Turkish Intellectual Property Law and international copyright laws.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
4. User Obligations
By using our website, you agree to the following rules:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, prevent, or restrict the operation of the site
- Not send malicious software, viruses, or similar code
- Not attempt to collect personal information of others without permission
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the source code of the site

Our website and content are provided "as is." Spiron Teknoloji A.Ş.:
- Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the content
- Does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or error
- Cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website
- Is not responsible for the content of links to third-party websites
6. Product and Service Usage
The use of our products such as SynVoi and Center AI is subject to the terms of use and license agreements separately determined for each product. Separate agreements may be drawn up for the use of these products.
6a. Use of SynVoi Web
SynVoi Web is a service offered at spiron.io that analyses recordings for AI-generated speech. Accounts are personal and, depending on the registration mode, opening one may be subject to approval; you may not share your account, recovery codes or authenticator secret with anyone else.
Regarding any audio you submit, you undertake that:
- You are legally entitled to upload and analyse it — and where the voice is not yours, that you act with the knowledge and consent of the person concerned
- You will not upload unlawfully obtained recordings, covert interceptions, or material infringing third-party rights
- You will not abuse the system: automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass security controls, and the like
The result is a probabilistic assessment; it is not a definitive ruling or legal evidence. Decision thresholds are draft in this release. You remain responsible for any decision you take based on the result, and it must not be relied upon alone where legal, forensic or commercial consequences follow.
Quotas, limits and access rights may change without prior notice, and access may be revoked in case of abuse.
6b. SynVoi Mobile App
6b.1 Account. The App may be used by persons aged 18 or over. Accounts are personal; you sign in with your Google account or a one-time code sent to your email. Each person may open one account. Registration with disposable or temporary email addresses may be refused. The App account is separate from the SynVoi Web account.
6b.2 Analysis time. New accounts receive free analysis time once; the amount is shown in the App and on the store page (currently 30 seconds). Each analysis uses as much time as the audio lasts; time is deducted in seconds, rounded up. If an analysis cannot be completed, the time used is returned. Audio to be analysed must be between 4 and 60 seconds long and no larger than 20 MB. Reasonable per-user usage limits may apply so that the service works for everyone.
6b.3 Packages and payment. Additional time is added through minute packages purchased in the App via Google Play. Prices, including taxes, are shown in Google Play before purchase. Payment is taken by Google under the Google Play terms. Purchased time is added to your account once the purchase has been verified; if it is not, write to info@spiron.io. Purchased time never expires. Time is tied to your account; it cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash. Package contents and prices may change in the future; changes do not affect time already purchased.
6b.4 Right of withdrawal and refunds. Purchased time is a service added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed and performed instantly by electronic means. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Refund requests for purchases are made through Google Play under the Google Play refund policy; you may also write to us at info@spiron.io. We will resolve problems caused by us, such as incorrect charges or time not being added. Time belonging to a purchase refunded by Google Play may be deducted from your account. If the law of your country gives you a different right of withdrawal or refund, that right is preserved. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will offer a way to refund unused purchased time.
6b.5 Business packages. Business packages can be purchased only by accounts with company details (company name, country, tax details, authorised person and phone). The person entering the details declares that they are correct and that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company. Custom solutions such as high volume, API and integration are offered under a separate written agreement.
6b.6 Acceptable use. You may only send recordings that you are legally entitled to upload and have analysed. If a recording contains other people's voices, you are responsible for having the necessary legal basis. Recordings obtained unlawfully or through covert eavesdropping may not be sent. The service may not be used through automated bulk requests. Reverse engineering and attempts to get around limits or security measures are not permitted. Results may not be collected to build datasets that imitate the model or aim to evade it. In case of breach, your account may be suspended or closed.
6b.7 Nature of the result. The analysis result is a probabilistic assessment; it is not a definitive verdict or evidence. Results are less reliable for phone-quality (narrowband), heavily processed, noisy or short recordings. SynVoi looks for AI-generated speech; it does not assess whether a recording was played through a speaker and re-recorded. In this version the decision thresholds are in draft status. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the result. It should not be used on its own for decisions with legal, forensic or commercial consequences.
6b.8 Continuity of service. We may update the App and the model to improve them. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
6b.9 Account deletion. You can delete your account immediately within the App (Account → “Hesabımı silmek istiyorum”). Deletion also permanently deletes your remaining analysis time and company details, which are not refunded. Details: spiron.io/legal/delete-account
7. Privacy

8. Changes
Spiron Teknoloji A.Ş. reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. It is recommended that you regularly check the current terms.
We will notify you of material changes concerning the SynVoi mobile app within the App or at your registered email address before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively affect time you have already purchased.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at their place of residence for disputes within the scope of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For consumers living outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence are preserved.
