Verify the person by the way they speak.
Every voice carries a signature. Voice Biometrics turns a short sample into a private voiceprint and confirms it's really them.

Not something you know — who you are.
Security questions, PINs and SMS codes verify something the caller knows or holds. Voice biometrics verifies the person speaking.
| Security question | PIN / password | SMS code | Voice biometrics | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What does it verify? | A fact you know | A code you know | The phone you hold | The person speaking |
| Can it be forgotten? | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Can it be told to someone else? | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Weak spot | Answers can be found on social media or in leaked data | Shared or guessed | Callers are talked into reading out the code | Voices can be cloned — SynVoi closes that gap |
Two voiceprints, one decision.
The caller says who they are — with a customer or phone number. Voice Biometrics extracts a voiceprint from the live audio and compares it only with that person's enrolled voiceprint. If the two line up, identity is verified; if they diverge, a mismatch is flagged.

Verified — the person they claim to be
Two voiceprints. One person. Watch them lock into a match.
What a voiceprint is
The way you speak — your rhythm, your pitch, the shape of your sounds — is distinctive to you. Voice Biometrics turns a short sample into a private voiceprint, then compares it to the one you enrolled.
- A voiceprint is not the recording itself; it is a numerical summary extracted from the voice.
Rhythm
Speaking rate, pauses and stress
Pitch
How high or low the voice is, and how it rises and falls
Timbre
The distinctive colour the vocal tract gives a voice

The right person, a real voice.
A cloned voice can imitate a voiceprint. Voice Biometrics verifies identity, SynVoi verifies that the voice is real; together they close the cloned-voice gap.
- Voice Biometrics
Is it the right person?
Verifies the caller's identity by matching their voice to an enrolled voiceprint.
- SynVoi
Is the voice real or cloned?
Detects cloned and synthetic voices in real time.
- Together
The right person, a real voice.
Even if a cloned voice imitates the voiceprint, SynVoi catches it. Authentication stays safe.
Even if a clone passes the voiceprint, SynVoi stops it.
Three calls with the same customer number. Each goes through two checks: Voice Biometrics checks identity, SynVoi checks that the voice is real. Both can be trialled together in the same PoC.
- 01Voice BiometricsIs it the right person?✓Voiceprint matched
- 02SynVoiIs the voice real or cloned?✓Real voice
Both checks passed; the caller continues.
Wherever identity is verified by voice.
Contact centers
Instead of, or alongside, PINs and security questions, the caller is verified from their speech.
Phone banking
Before account actions, the caller is confirmed to match their enrolled voiceprint.
Account recovery
Adds a verification layer to risky steps such as password resets.
High-risk transactions
Before transfers are approved, the speaker is verified again.
Voice Biometrics is installed on your own servers. Your customers' voiceprints, call recordings and verification results stay inside your infrastructure; none of them is sent outside. Built for banks and call centers that can't send voice to the cloud.
